1、为字节跳动AI产品提供安全保障，确保产品不存在安全风险，满足用户需求； 2、搭建风险发现->识别->应对->回流的完整链路，前置消灭风险苗头，保障业务稳定发展； 3、探索AI安全与价值观对齐方式，确保模型具备良好的价值观导向； 4、探索AI场景下的用户安全，包括但不限于人身安全、财产安全、信息安全的保护； 5、加强安全沟通，与客户、用户和相关方形成良性沟通，加强外界对安全治理工作的认可度。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对AI安全有思考、有兴趣，对风险足够敏感，对治理类工作感兴趣； 3、对AI有较为深入的认知，了解大模型训练的完整链路以及其中安全的切入点； 4、有较好的策略和数据能力，善于用数据量化表现； 5、自驱、学习快，能在开放问题里主动定义方向、快速试错和持续迭代。

加分项 1、做过AI Demo、Agent、小程序/网页/开源项目等个人作品； 2、熟悉模型的评测方法，不仅能做出Demo，更知道如何通过评测持续优化体验。
