1、负责面向抖音用户场景的AI产品探索和落地，挖掘增长机会点，提升业务效率与增长效果； 2、能够深入理解实际场景，具备一定的想象和创新能力，结合数据分析和用户研究，把产品洞察和认知转化成模型实际需求； 3、能够运用业界最新AI技术与先进模型，推进AI内容生成和分发的功能设计和实现，并能定义测评标准和方法，迭代测评指标，确定后续方向； 4、持续追踪AI技术趋势，快速响应技术变革，推动产品迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、信息管理、数学、统计学、经济学相关专业优先； 2、对AI技术和新产品有浓厚兴趣，关注业界最新动态，能主动发现应用场景和机会并转化为产品需求； 3、具备较强的动手能力和全栈能力，熟练使用各类AI模型和AI编程工具将想法转化为现实； 4、有AI行业实践经验及AI创业经验者优先。
