1、制定AI产品的效果标准，对理想态进行定义，落地与AI产品相关的玩法； 2、创新并落地社交玩法，搭建适配AI产品的Skills，调优Skill的效果； 3、梳理AI能力的Workflow，跨团队沟通复杂需求并推动推荐需求高标准上线。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有AI产品运营的相关经验，对AI和社交有热情，具备行业的认知和思考； 3、有优秀的沟通能力、自驱力，善于跨部门沟通，有较强的责任心，敢于担当； 4、有较强的自我驱动和学习能力。
