1、参与设计和开发先进的AI Coding应用搭建平台，为企业应用搭建提效，提升开发体验； 2、调研、抽象用户需求，分析数据，挖掘洞察，撰写PRD，协调项目组实现设计并不断迭代； 3、主导、参与AI应用场景的研究、规划，将需求转化为高品质的产品设计或解决方案； 4、多维度评估需求产品效果质量，不断关注用户反馈，行业进展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、软件工程、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、对企业生产力工具领域的需求和场景有深入理解，能够将技术和业务需求相结合，制定合适的产品策略； 3、具备优秀的项目管理和团队协作能力，良好的沟通和表达能力，能够激励和指导团队成员，共同实现产品目标； 4、具备数据分析和数据驱动决策的能力，对产品的用户行为、性能和满意度等关键指标进行跟踪和分析，以指导产品优化； 5、关注用户体验，能够站在用户的角度思考问题，确保产品的易用性和体验满意度。
