团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责大模型数据生产和评测的自动化工作流程设计与实施，通过Workflow/Agent链路搭建，提升数据标注和评测效率； 2、设计并实现自动化数据标注和评测方案，包括标准制定、质量评估体系搭建，持续优化现有工作流程； 3、探索和应用最新LLM技术，开发创新性数据生产工具和方法，建立高效智能的数据处理模式； 4、推动团队技术能力建设，通过经验分享和实践指导，提升团队对大语言模型技术的应用水平，推动团队更好达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可保证4天到岗，可连续实习优先，熟练使用Python、SQL等语言，了解机器学习/人工智能/模型调优，熟悉各种算法的基本概念，具有模型训练数据构建以及评估经验；有对话类大模型数据经验，模型训练集与评测集构建经验、Agent、Workflow开发经验，包括但不限于SP、PE调优经验，深度参与PE，Skills优化并且完成闭环； 3、具备较强的责任心，思路清晰，逻辑性强，能够应对项目各种情况快速决策，具备良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力； 4、对大模型、模型训练、模型应用等领域有浓厚的探索兴趣，有持续学习的意愿。
