团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、研究Skill、MCP Server、Plugin等Agent扩展能力的工作机制、应用场景和生态趋势； 2、结合法律或教育领域知识，拆解真实专业任务，定义知识边界、任务要求、参考依据和质量标准； 3、参与领域Benchmark和测试集建设，设计题目、任务环境、参考答案、评分规则及异常测试用例； 4、对生态能力开展端到端效果测试，分析调用日志、执行Trace和失败案例，评估准确性、任务成功率、稳定性、时延及兼容性； 5、推动生态项目从发现、引入、技术接入、评测验收到上线运营的完整流程，沉淀开发文档、示例工程、评测报告和最佳实践，降低开发者接入和用户使用门槛； 6、结合开发者反馈、用户反馈和运营数据，识别高价值场景，推动产品能力、生态供给及平台规则迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息系统等相关专业，或法律、教育、心理、学习科学等专业背景优先； 2、在法律科技或教育科技方向有深入项目实践，同时具备良好的编程、API调试或Agent应用实践能力，在法律或教育至少一个方向具备领域专家级的知识深度和专业判断能力，不要求同时掌握两个领域： 1）法律方向：能够开展法律检索、规则分析、案例研究或合规判断，并识别结论的适用条件与风险边界； 2）教育方向：理解课程体系、教学目标、学习评价或教育测量，能够判断内容准确性、难度和教学适用性； 3、能够使用Python、JavaScript或TypeScript中至少一种语言，或使用API、Git、日志等工具完成Demo搭建和问题排查； 4、了解或愿意快速学习Prompt、工具调用、工作流及Skill、MCP、Plugin等机制； 5、能够将专业判断转化为明确的测试用例、评分规则和可量化的评测标准，对开放平台和开发者生态有基本理解，具备用户意识、项目推动和沟通协作能力。
