1、负责抖音搜索AI策略的运营工作，深度挖掘用户搜索行为与需求，独立完成AI场景的策略分析、规划及迭代方案设计，推动搜索体验提升； 2、衔接策略产品与技术团队，基于对搜索算法、数据模型的理解，将产品策略转化为可落地的技术方案，与算法、工程团队紧密协作，验证策略效果并持续优化； 3、搭建搜索策略评估体系，通过数据分析识别用户搜索痛点，为策略迭代提供数据支撑，推动搜索体验的持续升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，具备计算机相关专业背景； 2、有一定的编程和数据能力，了解算法和大语言模型等方面知识；具备产品和用户运营思维，能够深入分析产品的用户需求，拥有行业洞察和数据分析能力。
