团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责内部通用Agent产品Aime的需求调研、分析和规划，推动项目高效运转，严格把控产品体验； 2、负责跨多职能团队合作（研发、算法、设计、测试、运营等），推动关键用户体验的实现和交付； 3、参与能力建设与迭代，包括但不限于：文档库（知识管理）、Skill能力扩展、外部Connector接入、Plugin/插件机制等方向，围绕「可用性、可扩展性、可运营性」持续优化； 4、梳理并优化关键用户链路与信息架构；建立并跟进数据与反馈闭环：定义核心指标与埋点方案，分析问题与机会点，推动方案落地并进行上线复盘。

1、本科及以上学历在读（专业不限，计算机/信息管理/交互/数据相关加分）； 2、可连续实习3-6个月，每周4-5天优先，有良好产品基本功：需求分析、逻辑梳理、用户体验意识，能写清楚PRD/流程/规则并推动落地； 3、沟通协作能力强，能与研发、设计、测试及上下游团队高效对齐； 4、自驱与学习能力强，面对平台型问题能主动拆解、验证假设、用数据/反馈迭代方案。

加分项（有其一即可） 1、做过知识库/文档处理/搜索推荐/权限体系/插件化平台/开发者平台相关项目或实习； 2、对API、鉴权、数据同步、错误处理、埋点指标等有基础理解（不要求会写代码，能看懂概念与流程即可）； 3、有To B/中后台产品经验，或有生态治理（规范、模板、质量标准）相关经验； 4、熟悉常见协作工具与研发流程（需求评审、迭代排期、验收上线等）。
