1、参与企业级AI Agent平台Aime的产品设计，围绕通用Agent产品架构、用户核心任务链路、交互方式与工作流设计，打造统一易用且具备扩展性的产品体验； 2、参与任务规划与编排、上下文管理、工具调用、Memory、Workflow等核心能力产品化，将底层技术能力抽象为可复用的平台产品模块； 3、面向研发、产品、运营等业务场景深入分析用户目标与工作流程，完成需求分析、产品策略与功能设计并推动端到端落地； 4、建立覆盖任务过程、结果质量与业务价值的评估指标体系，通过数据、用户反馈和效果评测持续驱动产品迭代，协同算法、工程、设计团队高质量交付。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、人机交互等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品有热情，关注大模型与AI Agent行业进展；了解大模型与AI Agent基本原理，对任务规划、工具调用、RAG、Memory、Workflow等概念有一定认知，具备产品架构思维，能抽象通用能力并兼顾差异化场景； 3、具备良好的用户洞察与产品设计能力，能识别关键痛点并转化为完整需求与解决方案，具备数据分析和效果评估意识； 4、具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维与跨团队协作能力； 5、有AI Agent/Copilot/复杂B端产品实习或项目经验，能用原型或编程工具快速验证想法者优先。
