1、建设TikTok Shop欧美直播电商平台侧产品能力，面向商家、达人、主播等核心角色，围绕播前准备、播中经营、播后复盘等关键链路设计直播工具和经营产品，提升开播效率、内容供给质量和经营效果； 2、深入理解直播电商经营场景中不同角色的核心诉求，围绕选品组货、活动提效、经营分析、履约协同等关键环节，持续优化商家和达人在直播中的经营链路与工具体验，推动优质供给稳定增长和经营效率提升； 3、探索AI/大模型等智能化能力在商家达人侧直播电商场景中的应用，帮助商家和达人更高效完成内容生产、选品备货、话术生成、营销决策和数据分析等工作，提升直播经营效率和平台产品体验； 4、深入理解国际化市场、直播电商生态和不同角色的真实需求，通过用户调研、数据分析和业务洞察识别关键问题，协同增长、营销、交易、推荐、TikTok LIVE等团队推动产品方案落地，并持续评估和优化业务结果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、对国际化电商、直播经营生态、平台型产品或商家达人侧产品方向有浓厚兴趣；目标&结果导向，具备较强的业务理解、产品判断能力、数据意识、逻辑分析和学习能力，能够结合数据、调研和行业观察持续推动产品迭代； 3、关注AI/大模型在内容生产、选品备货和经营提效中的应用，有相关实践经验者优先优先； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力、自驱力和责任心，能够适应国际化业务环境，英语可作为工作语言。
