团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、搜索专项运营，与算法、产品、工程团队密切协作，深度参与国际化大模型搜索的专项优化，提供定制化的标注评估流程方案； 2、模型迭代闭环，专注于数据集建立、标评体系构建、策略效果验证等模型迭代全流程，驱动搜索功能持续优化； 3、数据运营提效，通过PE、Agent、Workflow等手段开发人工评测提效工具，推动标注与评估流程自动化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、人工智能等理工类相关专业优先； 2、英语能作为工作语言，可独立完成需求判别、文档撰写与跨地域沟通，有国际化或多语种业务背景者优先，有其他小语种读写能力更佳； 3、具备扎实的搜索或模型评测经验，对模型搜索链路有深刻理解，能独立设计指标体系，并能密切跟进策略迭代和产品优化； 4、熟练使用全球主流的大模型相关应用，具备评估数据处理与脚本开发能力，有PE、Agent、Workflow设计开发应用经验加分； 5、对AI技术应用有较强的探索热情，具备负责人意识与数据敏感度，具备学习能力和优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神优先。
