1、作为抖音社交产品的战略决策支持角色，深度参与抖音社交功能的产品战略规划与落地，通过对社交行业趋势、用户需求洞察、产品动态的研究，结合抖音生态特性，输出具有前瞻性的产品策略，推动抖音社交产品的用户增长、体验优化与商业化价值提升； 2、行业与产品洞察：跟踪全球社交产品行业动态，深度分析主流社交产品的社交功能迭代路径，输出产品功能矩阵与策略对比；针对抖音社交产品的核心模块，拆解产品的用户增长策略、留存运营手段、商业化模式，提出可落地的优化建议；关注新兴社交形态（如AI陪伴、虚拟身份社交、元宇宙社交），评估其对抖音社交生态的潜在影响，输出前瞻性策略预研； 3、战略规划与产品策略支持：基于市场、竞争、用户洞察及公司整体战略，评估抖音社交产品的定位、发展路径及潜在增长飞轮，识别关键战略议题并拆解为可执行的产品功能产品路径图；协同产品、运营、算法、技术团队，推动策略落地：配合用户研究和数据分析，挖掘抖音用户在“社交连接”“内容互动”“关系沉淀”中的核心痛点与潜在需求；与抖音其他跨团队等业务线协作，探索“社交+”的协同模式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、经济学、社会学相关专业优先； 2、对内容、社交等产品感兴趣，理解产品设计逻辑，有较强逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力； 3、熟悉抖音等平台的产品逻辑与用户生态，对“短视频+社交”的结合有深度思考，有互联网产品分析、战略分析或咨询研究实习经验优先； 4、熟悉AI技术在社交产品中的深度应用（如NLP对话系统、3D虚拟形象生成、多模态内容理解）； 5、掌握基础的数据分析工具（SQL、Python）与BI工具（Tableau、Quick BI）。
