1、基于大模型应用思维，设计并实施Agent架构和Workflow工作流，完成从方案设计到代码实现的全流程，实现多AI智能体协同工作，弥合大模型技术Demo与实际业务价值创造之间的差距； 2、深入理解热点内容传播规律、用户消费认知与平台分发逻辑，形成系统性策略框架与优先级机制； 3、基于一线实践，收集并反馈产品使用中的问题与改进建议，推动产品持续优化； 4、与研发、设计等团队深度合作，负责产品方案的落地及功能实现，对落地实际效果和用户体验负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备扎实的编程基础（Python/Java等），能够独立完成代码开发与调试，具备全栈开发能力；熟悉大模型相关产品API调用，掌握LangChain、AutoGPT等主流框架的原理与应用，熟悉RAG、Agent、Workflow等AI应用架构模式，能够设计并实施复杂的多Agent协作方案； 3、有需求拆解和抽象能力，对相关技术实现有判断力，用户体验敏感，有研发背景或者AI产品经验优先； 4、具备较强的学习能力和资源协调能力，能够推进跨团队合作项目落地； 5、富有团队合作精神，强调团队合作，勇于挑战，能够独立思考，有创新意识。
