1、深度参与面向用户理解体系的AI数据应用从0到1的搭建，覆盖需求挖掘、产品方案设计、研发落地、线上迭代全流程，联动研发、算法、数据、业务等多方团队推进项目； 2、独立负责AI智能推荐等能力模块需求，完成业务调研、需求梳理与PRD撰写，设计适配大模型能力的数据应用解决方案，并推动算法、研发排期对齐，协调解决落地卡点，推动功能上线； 3、基于业务数据与用户反馈持续迭代产品，跟踪线上业务效果、输出优化方案，提升标签生成效率与推荐业务转化效果； 4、参与产品中长期路线讨论，梳理大模型在数据场景下的落地机会，沉淀可复用的产品解决方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理、数学等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型能力在业务场景侧的落地有浓厚兴趣，熟悉大模型/Agent等领域的基础理论与前沿应用，理解Agent工作机制、算法策略、A/B实验设计与模型评测方法；有大模型应用、Agent产品、智能分析、搜广推系统相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力与结构化思考能力，可独立输出产品方案；能看懂基础业务数据，并通过数据驱动业务问题优化解决； 4、擅长跨团队沟通，自驱、责任心强，能主动推进项目落地。
