1、负责抖音系（抖音、极速版以及火山）金币消耗玩法和内循环生态的产品设计，独立推进需求定义、功能迭代与效果评估，为内循环率和端利润指标负责； 2、负责抖音系提现、金币等资产流向的产品设计，进行产品策划和项目跟进，为用户体验负责； 3、与电商/生活服务/直播等抖音内业务深度合作，基于用户金币消费行为与商家参与机制，设计金币消耗策略与转化路径，推动各场景规模增长； 4、结合AI能力探索策略智能化，探索基于大模型的商品/权益推荐和金币导购机制，提升金币消耗转化效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有激励增长/电商/交易/营销等策略产品相关实习经验优先，有AI应用相关经验优先； 3、数据敏感，逻辑清晰，结果导向，能独立完成业务指标拆解、实验设计与效果归因；具备SQL能力优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立推动跨团队项目； 5、对大模型技术有基本认知，有利用AI工具提升工作效率或辅助策略落地的实际经验； 6、具备优秀的AI相关应用与落地能力，投递时附带个人AI作品集者优先。
