1、负责抖音游戏B端、C端产品及能力的研发和持续迭代，参与游戏玩法、客户端、服务端以及相关基础设施建设； 2、结合LLM、Agent、VLM、AIGC等AI技术，探索AI驱动的互动玩法，包括但不限于AI NPC、动态剧情、智能对手、生成式玩法、AI辅助创作、UGC等方向，并推动玩法从Prototype走向正式产品； 3、参与AI-Native游戏架构设计，将传统确定性游戏系统与概率性AI系统进行合理解耦，解决状态管理、上下文管理、模型调用、Tool Use、Memory、延迟、成本、稳定性等工程问题； 4、搭建和完善AI游戏研发工作流，包括需求理解、玩法原型、代码/资产生成、自动化测试、游戏评测等环节，探索Agent在游戏研发流程中的应用；建立AI玩法的Evaluation体系，从模型效果、玩法质量、稳定性、延迟、成本以及用户体验等维度持续评估和优化AI系统； 5、深入理解业务和用户需求，与产品、策划、设计、算法、客户端及服务端团队协作，推动复杂项目落地，并持续提升游戏研发与内容生产效率。

1、独立完成或深度参与过至少一个完整游戏项目，具备从Prototype、开发、调试到发布的完整项目经验； 2、理解游戏工程模型，包括：Game Loop/Tick、游戏状态管理与状态同步、Scene/Entity/Component等游戏对象组织方式、场景管理、输入系统、事件系统以及游戏逻辑组织、数据驱动的玩法与配置体系； 3、熟悉至少一种游戏引擎或游戏运行时，如Unity、Godot、Unreal Engine、Cocos等，能够独立完成玩法Prototype； 4、对游戏设计有基本理解，能够理解并讨论Core Loop、Mechanics、Progression、Randomness、Reward等基本游戏设计概念，而不仅仅负责功能实现； 5、完整经历过至少一个AI项目从想法到生产落地的全过程，要求不仅仅是调用API或跑通Demo，能够说明项目过程中遇到的工程化问题及解决方案； 6、理解主流LLM基本原理，理解现代Agent的设计范式，实际搭建过Agent或复杂多步LLM Application，而不仅停留在框架调用层面，能够清晰解释AI系统的概率性与传统游戏确定性逻辑之间的差异，对AI如何改变游戏玩法有自己的理解，能够设计合理的边界。

加分项 1、熟悉主流Agent Framework，或自行设计、实现过Agent Runtime/Agent Harness，对Agent Loop、Context、Tool、Memory、Tracing、EvaLuation有深入实践； 2、有VLM/多模态模型实践经验，使用过视觉理解、图像生成、视频生成、语音等模型构建实际产品； 3、有模型后训练经验，包括SFT、LoRA、RLHF、RLVR、Agentic RL等，有完整的数据构建、训练和EvaLuation实践； 4、有AI Coding Agent、Game Development Agent或自动化游戏研发Pipeline相关经验； 5、熟悉TypeScript、Kotlin、Swift、Go、C++、C#、Python等一种或多种工程。
