团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、优化供应商引入与上马流程：支持供应商上马全流程，包括条款拟定，合同谈判，制定供应商使用策略，最大化保障公司利益情况下达成商务合作；负责Onboard供应商，理解需求并拆解到供应商筛选标准、规模生产前提验证，确保供应商符合交付标准，推动供应商顺利接入内部项目； 2、项目管理与数据交付：负责供应商项目交付管理，对接内外部需求方，针对需求清晰、模糊、沟通难度不同的各类需求方，高效完成需求梳理、沟通协调，做好内外部预期管理，推动供应商按项目要求完成数据交付，保障项目交付进度与交付质量，从而与内部、外部合作方建立深度信任； 3、供应商绩效管理：开展供应商关系日常维护与管理，建立长期稳定的合作关系，定期对供应商履约情况、服务质量、交付能力进行复盘与评估，优化供应商管理体系，输出供应商绩效管理与项目交付分析报告。

1、本科及以上学历，有AI数据行业相关学习背景者优先； 2、拥有2年及以上供应商拓展、商务谈判相关工作经验；熟悉AI模型训练数据市场，供应商类型及行业资源分布，有AI数据公司工作经验者优先； 3、覆盖全球供应商资源池，设计供应商资源使用策略，制定可牵引供应商提升绩效的机制，将日常工作沉淀的方法论产品化，流程化，不断优化供应商运营策略和使用效率； 4、对AI行业有好奇心，学习能力强，根据工作需要不断拓展知识边界且形成有效产出；结果导向，有强大自驱力和主动性，遇到困难能想办法解决和推动进程向好发展。
