1、交易合规流程运营：参与生活服务交易与产品流程的合规评审、规则迭代与落地，保障生活服务全业务线的交易合规底线； 2、风险管控与经营策略分析：熟悉国家相关规定，运用财税、数据分析等专业能力，围绕业务经营数据做风险识别、根因拆解与策略建议，提出可落地的解决方案并推动相关策略落地； 3、跨团队项目协同：与业务、产品、财税、法务等多方深度协作，作为合规侧代表参与项目讨论、方案评审与落地推进； 4、了解产品流程，负责将业务规则与产品流程相结合，实现流程线上化运营及提效； 5、AI相关：参与AI提效的跨部门产品建设，负责AI相关应用的知识库梳理、语料建设、效果评估；探索AI智能工具的各类应用场景验证、效果测试及迭代优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，财务/会计/税务/金融等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑清晰，能把复杂业务流程拆成可执行的规则与步骤；沟通表达顺畅，能与业务/产品/客服等不同角色高效对齐；学习能力强、主动性高，愿意在AI与合规交叉领域深钻； 3、有财税/合规/风控团队的实习经验，或参与过合规评估、审计、风控建模类项目优先； 4、有AI相关的实际项目运营/竞赛/实习经验； 5、具备从数据取数、清洗到分析、可视化的完整链路基础，能在Mentor指导下独立完成分析任务。
