1、本科以上学历，并有3年以上从事工业设计工作的经验，且热爱设计、乐于创新爱好广泛，对3C产品有浓厚的兴趣爱好，善于发现新事物、接受新思维； 2、具有良好的空间思维能力、产品效果图表达能力和综合设计能力，具备较好的创意快速表达能力； 3、具备CMF外观零部件材料加工与表面处理的丰富经验和问题解决能力； 4、工作积极主动、性格开朗、有较强的逻辑思维能力、有责任感有担当。
