日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音模型效果团队主要负责提升文生图、文生视频等大模型的美感效果，工作内容包括优质美学数据建设、美学标准定义、美感评测及效果验收、模型训练、美学算法策略等。目前已在Dreamina/剪映/豆包/抖音/火山/番茄小说等业务中开始逐步应用。

1、参与Seedream大模型能力的数据建设、策略迭代、模型评测等，提升模型质量； 2、完成大模型相关数据工作，如标准制定与培训、数据采集与标注、搭建Workflow/Bot等，保障交付质量； 3、协助制定模型效果评估方案，如Prompt构建、评测体系设计等； 4、深入洞察用户需求与AI行业前沿动态，开展相关分析。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业加分； 2、对AI领域有研究，关注多模态模型的发展动态，如图像生成、视频生成、LLM、VLM等； 3、有AI实践经验，能独立完成AI效果链路搭建优先（如Workflow/Agent链路设计）； 4、创新意识强，学习能力强，善于团队合作、能与研发等各部门人员有效对接； 5、有大模型经验，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、模型理解与实验思维加分。
