日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动开发者AI团队致力于探索AI技术在研发体系上应用和落地，覆盖场景包括AI for Code、AI在DevOps全流程中的落地，团队包括产品、工程、算法和研究人员多个角色，期待对大模型、研发工具体系有兴趣、对技术有追求的同学加入，共同成长！

1、负责技术工具产品、AI产品的用户体验与反馈相关工作； 2、负责多渠道用户反馈的日常监控和分析，定位高频和关键问题，协助梳理用户体验痛点清单，提出初步改进建议； 3、协助开展用户访谈、问卷调查等调研活动，定期输出用户调研报告； 4、跟踪反馈处理进度，与产品、技术团队同步用户核心诉求，推动问题解决； 5、负责核心用户社群的日常运营，建立深度互动增强用户紧密度，挖掘体验优化机会，提升用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、工作细心踏实，有责任感，机灵活泼，好奇心强，能承受一定的工作压力； 3、具备良好的沟通能力，文字表达能力，有良好的团队合作意识； 4、有互联网用户运营/内容运营/技术运营经验者优先；有编程基础，对AI编程工具有基本了解和使用者优先； 5、能连续实习4个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上。
