日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与企业级智能体产品架构的搭建与迭代，协助推进决策层、记忆系统、Skills生态、SubAgent、安全管控等能力模块的产品设计； 2、协助定义平台级的产品边界与架构，规划跨Agent的协同交互、能力调度与统一体验，探索该创新性平台从0到1的构建与落地； 3、调研市场先进产品的设计理念，共同探索产品的发展方向和商业化路径； 4、结合客户及业务的实际场景，参与对应应用及产品功能的落地设计。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、产品设计等相关专业优先； 2、对大数据、AI、Skill及Agent技术有兴趣并有一定了解，有数据产品或平台型产品实习经验，深度参与过复杂的、平台级或生态型产品的战略性构建优先，每周可实习4天，可连续实习3个月； 3、具备出色的系统性思维和抽象能力，能够协助梳理平台架构与产品逻辑，学习意愿强，能快速上手复杂业务场景； 4、对数据有一定敏感度，具备基本的业务意识和场景理解能力，能够从用户体验和数据资产价值角度思考产品功能； 5、具备较强的责任心、主动学习态度与良好的沟通协调能力，能够协助推动跨团队的简单协作与需求对齐，结果导向。
