1、负责参与打造一款能帮助销售工作提效的超级智能体，以提升BD工作效率和智能服务场景渗透为目标，持续优化智能体的服务能力和服务覆盖，包括客户新开、客户维护、知识问答、业绩管理、日常工作管理等场景，帮助智能体具备专业问题解决能力； 2、围绕智能体建设所需的工具、知识，设计生产机制、规范与平台能力，推动工具、知识从需求到上线的标准化交付； 3、评估体系建设，建立可信解决率、未解决归因、上线质量围栏等评测机制，定义解决判定标准、诉求类型边界和分档口径，保障智能服务效果可衡量、可归因、可优化； 4、协调内外部合作资源，推动项目按时保质上线，关注使用效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备独立数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、评估运营效果，并产出优化思路； 3、有较强的用户视角，喜欢体验新产品，对于用户产品体验、用户需求本质有自己的思考和理解； 4、学习能力强，快速理解业务目标，有较好的沟通能力、能完成跨团队协作； 5、对AI行业和大模型产品有热情、有理解，关注行业趋势和技术发展，具备较强的创新意识与业务判断力。
