日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音研发部门负责多款大型产品的研发，包括但不限于抖音、西瓜视频、汽水音乐。 加入我们，你将有机会参与亿级用户场景的开发与架构工作，使用前沿的技术助力业务一起不断成长。

1、负责移动端（iOS/Android/鸿蒙）核心功能以及Agent工具的研发工作，参与移动安全相关机制的落地与优化，打磨极致的用户体验，保障业务的高效与稳定运行； 2、秉持AI First理念，深度运用AI Coding工具赋能开发工作；参与AI Agent建设以解决实际业务痛点，探索模型落地与调优，提升底层逻辑开发和安全分析场景的智能化水平； 3、关注客户端核心模块、安全机制与极致用户体验的打磨，长期向系统底层深耕，参与业务全流程开发，推动业务从需求到上线的闭环落地； 4、关注前沿技术与行业趋势，跟进业内最新工具与应用方案，结合业务场景提出创新思路，支撑业务长远发展。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识（数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等），熟悉C/C++/Objective-C/Swift/Java/Kotlin中至少一种语言，具备移动端开发经验或在底层技术方面有专长者优先；对系统底层有一定了解（如操作系统内核、内存管理、编译原理等），具备安全相关基础知识（如常见移动端安全漏洞、攻防技术等）者优先考虑； 3、具备AI First思维，对AI Coding工具（如TRAE）及前沿智能化技术有强烈的使用兴趣和意愿，乐于探索AI在开发中的应用；有AI Agent建设、Prompt工程或模型微调经验者优先；认可AI赋能软件工程的发展定位，具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能快速上手新领域技术，适配业务驱动的开发模式； 4、具备良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力，熟悉基础设计模式和开发原则，能主动关注并优化自身负责的项目，具备较强的问题排查和解决能力； 5、热爱技术、主动负责、乐于直面挑战，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能积极参与团队技术讨论，共同推进业务落地与技术创新。
