日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映研发团队，主要支持剪映、CapCut、醒图、Hypic、即梦、Dreamina、小云雀、Pippit等多款国内外产品的研发工作，业务覆盖多元化影像创作场景，并孵化了多款AIGC明星产品，相关产品多次登顶国内外App Store 免费应用榜第一，并继续保持高速增长。加入我们，一起打造全球最受用户欢迎的影像创作和GenAI产品。

1、参与剪映、AI创作方向工具的相关研发工作以及产品能力建设、用户体验工作； 2、探索AI Agent与创作工具的深度结合，围绕图片、视频等创作领域进行发力； 3、参与AI创新产品的产品规划、需求分析和技术方案制定； 4、与算法、音视频等团队紧密配合，完成相关原子能力建设，保障高质量迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、每周可出勤4天，可连续实习4个月； 3、具备扎实的前端编码能力，熟练掌握HTML、CSS、JavaScript/TypeScript、Node.js等技术，深入了解JavaScript语言原理，使用过React或Vue.js等主流开发框架； 4、了解前端工程化体系（Monorepo、模块化、依赖注入、分层架构等），有前端项目开发经验者优先； 5、有以下经验者优先： 1）渲染相关开发经验（Canvas2D、WebGL等）； 2）音视频相关开发经验（WebCodecs、FFmpeg等）； 3）前端性能优化经验（首屏加载、运行时性能、内存治理等）； 4）跨端/跨平台开发经验（CEF/Electron、React Native、移动端Web等）； 5）AI/LLM应用开发经验（Agent编排、Prompt Engineering、流式交互等）； 6、有自己的技术产品、开源作品或活跃的开源社区贡献者优先，具备较强的学习意愿和自驱力，对AI创作工具充满热情。
