1、负责相关业务（包含剪映/Capcut/即梦Dreamina）AI效果方向相关模块的需求分析、效果规划、技术选型、链路搭建、效果打磨与产品落地，包括但不局限于Agent搭建与优化、Skill制作、模型训练、AI工具制作、AI内容生产等，为相关产出的质量负责，保障产品与效果的行业引领性； 2、密切关注全球新技术趋势及行业发展，完成洞察与分析，挖掘有价值的能力实验、分享并推动落地； 3、将技术理解、业务思考、用户需求相结合，挖掘新机会点，并具备输出完整效果方案、推动其高效落地的能力； 4、框架性的整理相关产出，定期进行沉淀并进行分享，同时可以通过数据反馈与分析去指引下一步。

1、设计相关经历，高审美，具备AI及影像领域的敏感度； 2、熟练使用AI工具，掌握模型训练与ComfyUI调试，会0-1搭建Workflow并复现效果，有Skill制作经验，会搭建Agent是加分项； 3、对待工作追求极致，具备强责任心和跨团队沟通协调能力； 4、乐于挑战新鲜事物，持续保持好奇心，具有探索、钻研、开拓精神，有责任感； 5、具备国际化留学、AI在影视剧、广告行业实际应用相关工作背景是加分项。
