1、负责CapCut产品内的AI模型（图片模型、视频模型、Agent等）的算法效果评估、优化及接入策略，制定模型评估标准、接入策略及效果优化方案，推动模型能力持续提升与业务价值落地； 2、持续跟踪行业前沿模型与技术发展，深入理解用户需求与创作场景，建立完善的模型效果评测体系，对模型质量、用户体验及业务表现进行评估和分析，持续推动不同场景下的模型选型、接入及效果打磨； 3、基于用户反馈、上线的模型数据进行数据处理和分析，洞察关键问题与优化机会，明确业务重心，联动算法、产品、设计、研发等团队推动模型迭代，持续优化算法性能提升、模型效果及业务指标表现。

1、本科及以上学历，有AI算法相关/内容运营工作经验，英文可作为工作语言； 2、有较强的数据分析和沟通协作能力，具备较好的逻辑思维框架，擅长从数据、评估中发现问题并提出解决方案； 3、热爱内容创作，熟悉全球社交媒体平台的玩法与市场趋势，有良好的内容洞察力；熟悉主流AI内容创作工具； 4、对AI领域的动态/新技术深入研究，熟悉不同类型AI模型能力和效果；有AI作品、模型训练等相关作品集可附分享。
