1、负责AI工具类产品的体验设计与持续迭代； 2、面向多状态、多结果、不确定反馈的AI产品场景，聚焦复杂交互与关键路径设计； 3、在既有产品框架下不断打磨细节体验，推动体验与视觉质量的持续提升； 4、在明确业务目标与技术边界的前提下，与产品、算法、工程紧密协作完成落地。

1、3–5年UX/交互/产品设计经验，熟悉工具类/内容创作类/平台型产品的设计模式，能够独立负责模块级或关键功能设计； 2、能清晰处理复杂流程、边界条件与异常状态，善于通过结构化设计和视觉表达解决复杂问题； 3、对AI产品形态具备基础理解与实践经验，了解大模型相关能力与限制； 4、能推进设计落地，平衡效率与质量。
