1、负责Pippit国际平台内容生态运营，围绕业务目标推进内容供给、创作者生态和活动运营等关键工作，持续提升平台内容丰富度、活跃度及生态质量； 2、结合业务发展阶段、用户需求和内容生态现状，制定并落地运营目标和策略，推动优质内容供给增长，持续优化平台内容生态和用户体验； 3、通过数据分析监控内容生态表现，识别关键问题和增长机会，推动运营策略持续迭代，不断提升供给效率和运营效果； 4、联动产品、市场、设计等团队推动重点项目落地，高效协调资源，确保运营动作高质量执行，并沉淀可复用的运营方法和机制。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上内容运营工作经验，有国际产品、内容社区、创作者平台或AI产品相关经验优先； 2、具备较强的运营策划与执行落地能力，能够独立推动复杂项目，对结果负责，并适应多线程的工作环境； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，能够基于数据进行问题定位、策略迭代和结果复盘； 4、英语能力良好，具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨团队协作能力，对国际内容生态和平台型业务有较强兴趣，具备较强自驱力和问题解决能力。
