日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于目标用户的需求和使用场景，结合对话式Agent的能力设计内容体系，负责Prompt、Skill等内容的撰写、修改与批量生产； 2、关注互联网热点，深入理解对话式Agent的能力与交互方式，结合热点快速生产内容，提出有创意的内容体验方案； 3、负责内容相关资源位的基础设计、需求提报与配置，推动内容上线； 4、推进项目落地，协调各方资源、跟进进度，参与Agent效果评测，整理问题并输出基础评测报告。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对AI产品和技术有强烈兴趣，能够在日常工作中与AI深度协作，并借助AI完整推进一个小项目，从想法到落地，不限于Vibe coding；有Prompt Engineering、Skill编写等相关实践经验，逻辑清晰、理解能力强；有GitHub或其他平台公开作品、Skill发布案例者优先； 3、热爱内容，是社媒平台的深度用户，对热点敏感、有内容判断力，能够将热点和内容洞察转化为适合自身产品的内容与体验； 4、具备良好的项目管理和沟通协调能力，能够统筹各方推进任务；主动、反应敏捷，能及时发现问题并推动解决。
