1、负责CapCut搜索产品AI搜索方向，制定CapCut搜索场景下搜索与AI结合的理想态，理解用户创作搜索意图，并明确AI搜索策略改进点； 2、结合CapCut各类创作需求与创作能力（内容、工具、AI生成等），打造各场景智能高效的搜索体验，为用户创作提效； 3、探索大模型在搜索策略产品方向落地，结合内容理解，优化国际化多语言搜索场景，提升各地区搜索体验； 4、与研发、模型算法等团队协作，搭建搜索评测体系，拆解体验问题及推动解决方案落地，确保产品高效迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上AI搜索产品经理工作经验，具备搜索或推荐策略产品经验，有内容搜索或AI搜索经验优先，剪辑/创作深度用户优先； 2、对数据敏感，擅长数据分析与量化目标，输出验证关键策略方案；对技术链路有理解，能够与研发配合拆分产品和技术优化点； 3、有自驱力且无路径依赖，积极探索策略迭代方向和寻求创新多种解决方案，鼓励学习利用PE/Agent/Vibe Coding等方式交付结果； 4、有责任心，目标导向，追求纯粹高效的工作文化，具备较强的团队协作能力和执行力。
