1、AI产品内容营销：深入理解CapCut AI新功能及模型能力，结合市场热点、用户需求及行业趋势，提炼新功能/模型亮点和价值，策划具有传播力的AI内容营销方案，持续打造AI标杆案例及爆款案例，推动产品破圈传播； 2、AI活动策划与推广：策划并落地AI创作挑战赛、行业赛事、品牌合作、线上、线下Workshop等营销活动，与产品、市场及本地团队协同，打造具有区域影响力的AI创作IP或标杆合作案例，提升创作者参与度及品牌声量，持续提升CapCut AI的行业影响力； 3、AI达人运营与营销：负责美洲AI创作者及行业KOL/KOC的挖掘、招募及长期合作，建立达人分层运营体系，结合不同AI产品能力匹配适合的达人和内容方向，持续扩大优质AI内容供给及市场影响力。

1、3年以上用户运营工作经验（市场营销/内容营销/达人营销/活动运营或创作者运营方向均可）； 2、熟悉本地营销行业和国际社媒平台，能够把握行业趋势和用户心理，了解活动策划的底层逻辑；熟悉短视频玩法，具有活动创意策划、数据分析、用户产品推动能力；熟悉AI行业发展趋势，对AIGC、AI创作工具、AI内容生态保持高度关注，能够快速理解AI产品能力并转化为用户价值； 3、英语流利，能适应跨国团队的工作环境，具备较强的沟通、执行统筹、资源整合、项目管理能力。

加分项 1、有达人资源扩展经验； 2、熟悉AI图片或视频创作工具，有AIGC创作者资源； 3、有成功打造爆款内容、现象级营销案例或AI产品推广经验； 4、有美洲留学或工作经验，西葡小语种能力者优先。
