1、负责剪映前端和跨端开发工作，包括工具、生态、主框架等业务方向，服务全球用户，业务前景好； 2、负责挑战较大的技术架构演进和性能稳定性建设工作，通过技术手段为业务赋能； 3、探索AI技术在业务和技术场景的应用，如AI Coding、AI Agent等。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先； 2、过硬的编码能力，掌握各种前端技术，包括HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.js等； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、对AIGC相关技术感兴趣，有AI Agent建设经验者优先； 6、有项目经验优先，每周出勤至少4天，实习4个月及以上。
