1、负责探索符合年轻人群喜好的AI内容玩法，对玩法的效果、传播声量负责，吸引大众用户生成、投稿； 2、趋势内容运营：对AI工具能力提升所带来的新的创作场景/用户案例有较强的趋势判断能力，通过线索挖掘、作者合作、活动运营、传播放大等手段，打造爆款内容和玩法趋势，提升产品影响力； 3、潜力内容挖掘：通过用户调研、内容分析等手段，理解用户需求、总结内容规律，识别出潜力内容、进一步验证成为趋势内容的价值。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视/艺术/广告/创意/传播相关专业优先； 2、每周实习4天，至少实习3个月以上，可长期实习的同学优先； 3、创意脑洞大，具有敏锐的内容洞察能力，了解热梗/趋势，有内容创作经验加分；对AI创作工具和AIGC内容有了解优先； 4、具备优秀的沟通表达和逻辑分析能力、团队合作精神、工作责任心、主动性。
