1、负责CapCut相关业务中AI效果的规划、搭建、打磨与落地，持续产出具备行业引领性的创新能力，为最终效果质量负责，并定期沉淀成通用能力，为开放生态供给能量，结合工具优化，促进创作生态蓬勃运转； 2、密切关注全球新技术趋势及行业发展，完成洞察与分析，挖掘有价值的能力实验，分享并推动落地； 3、将技术理解、业务思考与用户需求相结合，挖掘新机会点，并具备输出完整效果方案、推动其高效落地的能力； 4、框架性地整理相关产出，定期进行沉淀并进行分享。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备设计相关学习或实践经历，具有良好的审美能力，对AI及影像领域有较高敏感度； 3、熟练使用主流AI工具，有模型训练与ComfyUI调试经验，能够从0-1搭建Workflow并复现效果，具备3D能力是加分项； 4、对待工作认真负责，具备强烈的责任心和跨团队沟通协调能力； 5、乐于挑战新鲜事物，持续保持好奇心，具备钻研、开拓精神； 6、具备国际化留学或相关工作背景者优先。
