1、协助团队进行抖音旗下新AI社区产品增长，在国内社交媒体平台通过内容获得增长流量； 2、对AI行业有理解、有兴趣，能快速理解产品卖点，结合社媒热点协助制作推广方案； 3、协助挖掘优质达人并维护良好的合作关系，推动达人创作与产品相关的内容。

1、本科及以上学历在读，传播学（广告公关）、市场营销等专业优先； 2、实习时长满足5个月及以上，每周可到岗5天优先； 3、熟悉社媒平台基本玩法和用户喜好，具备较强的网络感知能力和内容意识，有过社交媒体运营/内容运营/达人运营相关实习经历者优先； 4、学习能力强，有较强的责任心和沟通能力。
