1、参与即梦多模态理解与生成算法研发，围绕图文与视频理解、时序建模、跨模态对齐、图像视频生成与编辑等方向开展技术迭代； 2、提升模型对复杂创作意图、主体关系、场景语义和视频时序的理解能力，优化生成内容的语义匹配、主体一致性、画面质量与时序连贯性； 3、参与多模态模型的数据构建、训练优化和评测体系建设，探索SFT、DPO、GRPO、模型蒸馏等技术，建立数据驱动的模型迭代闭环； 4、跟进多模态理解与生成领域的前沿进展，参与模型训练、离线评测、推理优化、线上部署与效果分析的完整链路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子、自动化、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和编程基础，熟练掌握Python和PyTorch； 3、熟悉多模态大模型或生成式模型，在图像视频理解、图像视频生成与编辑任一方向具有研究或项目经验； 4、具备良好的实验分析、工程实践和快速学习能力，对多模态内容创作有持续热情。

加分项 1、熟悉视觉编码、跨模态融合、时序建模、DiT、自回归生成或模型后训练等技术； 2、在多模态理解与生成方向发表过高水平论文，或具有高质量开源项目、算法竞赛及大规模模型训练经验。
