1、参与构建面向数据分析场景的AI Agent，完成数据接入、指标计算、可视化呈现等链路的开发与迭代； 2、深入即梦真实业务场景，理解用户行为与产品数据，从数据中发现问题、提出假设、驱动决策； 3、搭建并维护Agent的评测框架，覆盖准确率、稳定性、效率等多维度指标，持续跟踪并输出评测报告； 4、将分析洞察反哺到Agent的优化迭代中，形成“数据→分析→评测→优化”的闭环。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学/数学/数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的统计学基础，熟悉假设检验、回归分析、实验设计等统计方法； 3、熟练使用Python（Pandas/NumPy/SciPy等），有SQL实操经验； 4、对LLM/AI Agent有基础了解，有LangChain/Prompt Engineering/RAG等经验者优先； 5、有数据分析相关实习或项目经验者优先，能独立完成从数据提取到结论输出的全流程； 6、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能把复杂的数据问题讲明白；每周可出勤4天，可实习4个月以上。

加分项 1、了解A/B实验设计与分析； 2、有数据可视化经验（Plotly/Echarts/Tableau等）； 3、对AI产品（文生图/文生视频）有使用经验和兴趣； 4、有Kaggle等数据竞赛经历。
