1、负责字节跳动电商商家侧AI产品与平台能力建设，围绕商家经营全链路，探索AI在商家招商、商家成长、商品运营、经营诊断、数据分析、营销决策、服务履约等场景中的落地方式，提升商家经营效率与平台运营效率；参与商家AI Agent、智能问答、经营诊断、智能看数、工作执行、AI Copilot/AI工作台等核心系统的设计、开发与迭代，构建面向商家的智能化经营助手能力；参与商家侧AI-Native产品形态探索，支持音视频交互、多模态交互，并探索智能推荐、自动生成、定时调度、半自动执行等能力在真实业务链路中的规模化落地； 2、负责大模型应用工程架构能力建设，包括但不限于RAG检索增强、Prompt/Context管理、MCP工具调用、Workflow/Agent编排、记忆体系、权限控制、评测体系、灰度实验、成本与性能优化等；持续优化系统架构、服务稳定性、推理链路性能、模型调用成本和业务效果，保障AI能力在高并发、复杂业务场景下稳定可靠地运行； 3、与产品、算法、数据、运营、业务研发等团队深度协作，推动AI能力从Demo验证走向业务可用、规模可用和长期可演进。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、通信等相关专业； 2、精通Java/Golang/Python/PHP中的一种或多种语言，具备扎实的工程能力、系统设计能力和代码质量意识； 3、具备较强的业务抽象能力，能够从复杂电商业务流程中抽象出领域模型、服务边界、数据链路和通用能力，推动平台化、标准化建设； 4、对大模型应用有实践经验或强兴趣，理解LLM、RAG、Embedding、Function Calling/Tool Calling、Agent、Prompt Engineering、上下文管理、模型评测等基础概念； 5、具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能在业务不确定、技术快速演进的情况下，拆解问题、设计方案并推动落地； 6、学习能力强，对AI技术、AI Coding、Agentic Workflow、AI Native产品形态等方向保持敏感，愿意持续探索新技术在真实业务中的价值边界。
