1、支持火山引擎云存储业务，端到端交付控制面、应用功能——从产品对齐、技术方案到上线持续运营，独立负责人一条方向或一个模块； 2、打造一流的控制面Web端体验：负责存储产品（对象/文件/块/中间件）控制面的迭代演进，从工程化、设计模式、端到端、全链路等维度追求业内最佳实践，做到性能卓越、质量可靠、体验丝滑； 3、参与产品内AI Copilot/Agent研发：覆盖SQL生成、运维诊断、自然语言运维、文档问答等场景，全链路参与Prompt设计、工具调用、Eval与上线监控； 4、参与原生客户端建设：管理App（iOS/Android）、桌面同步盘客户端（Electron/Tauri）等方向均有真实业务场景，与团队成员共建跨端体验； 5、跨职能协同：与产品、设计、后端、SRE紧密协作，从用户视角和业务视角主动为质量、效率、体验负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子信息等相关理工科专业优先； 2、熟练掌握TypeScript、React/Vue与Node.js，具备扎实的前端工程基础，了解中后台前端架构方案细节； 3、具备「下沉能力」：Node.js/Go/Python服务端开发，或iOS/Android/Electron/Tauri任一客户端栈； 4、熟练使用一款AI编程工具（Cursor/Claude Code/GitHub Copilot/内部Agent平台等），能用AI显著提升自己的研发效率，对AI提效有自己的方法论； 5、强主人翁精神，能从团队和业务视角主动为质量、效率、体验负责；学习速度快，勇于挑战复杂问题，积极将未知领域转化为解决方案。

加分项 1、有LLM应用/Agent开发经验，了解Function Call、RAG、Eval、Multi-Agent等任一方向； 2、有云业务（存储/数据库/中间件）经验，或有DDD、复杂中后台工程化实践； 3、有客户端App上架、Electron/Tauri桌面端落地经验； 4、有高质量开源项目、技术博客，或在GitHub维护活跃的Agent/工具类项目。
