1、技术型售前与方案设计：与销售团队紧密配合，深入客户研发组织，挖掘代码智能化与研发效能场景，制定融合AI能力的项目型解决方案，以技术与业务双重视角向客户传达Code M产品价值，支撑快速关单； 2、动手集成与高质量验证：基于客户真实代码仓与技术栈完成Coding Agent集成方案设计，结合LLM工程经验主导Demo演示与POC验证，现场调通并交付可验证结果； 3、技术布道与社区运营：面向开发者社区与行业市场输出技术内容（最佳实践、案例、深度文章），主导线上直播、线下Meetup/沙龙及行业大会演讲，运营开发者社群与种子用户，形成“社区→线索→打单→口碑”的正循环； 4、重点客户FDE陪跑：对核心客户提供一线深度支持，负责部署落地、集成联调、问题排查与最佳实践沉淀，确保客户真实用起来并产生可量化价值； 5、内部赋能与前后端联动：基于一线实践与AI行业趋势持续输出材料与分享，提升团队整体打单能力；向产品研发、客户成功团队有效传递一线场景需求与技术可行性反馈，形成信息互通机制。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关理工科专业优先； 2、具备技术型售前经验：有企业SaaS或项目型售前经历，能独立主导方案设计、Demo、POC及招投标技术环节； 3、具备优秀的书面表达与公开演讲能力，能产出高质量技术内容并在行业场合布道；有开发者社区/开源社区运营经验，或有技术博客、公众号、开源项目等可验证的沉淀者优先； 4、具备出色的复杂项目拆解与解决问题能力，适应不确定性高的创新AI场景，接受高频出差与一线客户现场支持。

加分项： 1、具备实际代码研发经验（熟悉Go/Python/Java/TypeScript等至少一种主流语言），深度使用过Coding Agent或AI编程工具，有Coding Agent与代码仓库的集成实践者优先。
