1、参与智能BI、AB实验、画像平台等数据驱动型产品与平台的技术建设，负责系统架构设计与研发，为亿级用户提供稳定、流畅的信息服务和优质的产品体验； 2、参与系统技术方案设计、代码开发和性能调优； 3、参与制定代码规范与测试规范，建设研发质量保障机制； 4、与团队共同攻克高并发、数据隔离、系统解耦等技术难题； 5、参与专项技术调研、新技术引入等前瞻性项目； 6、参与Data+AI与数据Agent方向建设，探索大语言模型、大模型实验分析、复杂数据链路架构、多模态理解、知识库、工具调用及任务编排等技术，设计并实现智能问数、数据准备、洞察归因、报告生成和定制智能体等AI驱动的数据分析能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统相关知识； 4、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理抽象与拆分； 5、具有强烈的求知欲，以及优秀的学习能力和沟通协作能力； 6、熟悉LLM应用开发，有Prompt Engineering、Agent、Function Calling、RAG应用开发经验者优先。
