1、基于LLM/Agent/Workflow搭建并优化评测相关AI工作流并完成工程化落地； 2、参与从音频录制、音频分析到评测报告产出的全链路智能化建设； 3、协助搭建评测知识库、案例库等能力，支持流程自动化与智能分析； 4、配合将音频分析方法、检测指标或归因算法接入工作流，并根据业务反馈持续迭代优化； 5、参与部分基础评测工作，帮助理解音频评测流程与业务场景。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、信号处理、声学、语音/音频等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用Python，具备良好的工程实现能力； 3、有Agent/Workflow搭建经验，熟悉Prompt Engineering，有RAG/知识库相关实践经验； 4、具备一定音频信号处理基础，了解librosa、音频特征、频谱等基本概念，做过音频/语音相关项目，对音频评测流程、评测标准有基础认知； 5、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能在指导下完成实现并持续优化方案； 6、实习4-6个月，每周至少出勤4天。

加分项： 1、有音频/语音方向的机器学习/深度学习的模型训练经验； 2、熟悉ITU/3GPP等音频评价标准和评测流程，了解音频3A、编码等测试原理； 3、有Web/平台开发经验； 4、有自动化脚本开发能力。
