Bytelntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：我们团队为字节跳动的大型语言模型（LLM）业务线提供端到端安全解决方案。我们针对模型训练、推理及部署全流程识别并防控新型风险，同时研发工具与系统，保障LLM资产及相关应用的安全。通过在实际业务场景中推进人工智能安全技术落地，构建了行业领先的防御体系，为人工智能技术的安全演进提供保障。

1、研究业界前沿的算法和技术方案，探索大模型训练在安全领域应用的边界； 2、基于有监督微调和强化学习的Agentic模型训练应用到安全核心任务，如漏洞检测、安全测试、安全告警运营、恶意代码分析； 3、设计实现安全任务Agent逻辑，数据构建/合成/标注/清洗、推理模型/代码模型等后训练（SFT/RL）； 4、定义安全与大模型衡量指标，牵引领域发展。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、人工智能和信息安全专业等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/C/C++之一，出色的编码能力，有扎实的数据结构、操作系统和AI相关理论基础； 3、熟悉大模型训练技术栈（数据/强化学习/有监督微调/评估/训练框架）； 4、有安全相关背景者优先（不限于漏洞挖掘、恶意软件、告警分析、风控、安全研发）； 5、有大模型训练落地经验者或大型公司大模型实习经验者优先； 6、在ACM/ICPC、Topcoder等竞赛中获奖或在NLP、CV、安全Big4等顶级会议期刊上发表论文者优先。
