1、基于TRAE构建企业级"AI工厂"，实现需求、编码、测试、CI/CD到交付的研发全链路AI化； 2、围绕TRAE进行To B场景的功能设计与研发，将AI编程能力深度嵌入企业研发流水线，交付可被企业研发团队日常使用的功能； 3、打通需求管理（MeeGo/JIRA）、代码托管（Git）、CI/CD、制品与发布等系统，设计并实现端到端AI Engineering工作流，让Agent能在真实流程中取数、执行、回写； 4、设计TRAE与企业资产数据中心的联动机制，包括代码语义检索、内部接口与文档调用、知识RAG等，使AI Agent可以准确调用企业内部资产； 5、探索多智能体协同研发模式，覆盖需求拆解、方案设计、编码、Code Review、测试用例生成、发布等环节，并持续提升Agent任务完成率与工程质量； 6、跟踪Cursor、Claude Code、Codex等前沿AI编程工具与Agent框架的能力演进，将业界最佳实践沉淀到产品与工程体系中，与产品、算法、平台团队协作，推动功能从原型到规模化落地，支撑企业客户的真实研发场景。

1、深刻理解企业研发全流程，从需求评审、开发、测试到发布交付，熟悉MeeGo/JIRA、Git、CI/CD等研发基础设施，掌握每个环节的数据和卡点； 2、具备研发工具链或DevOps平台的研发经验，有企业级研发系统集成、数据打通或效能平台建设经历，理解多系统对接的工程复杂度； 3、深度使用过AI编程工具，熟练掌握TRAE、Cursor、Claude Code、Codex中至少一种，并有真实项目落地实践经验，能客观判断各类工具的能力边界； 4、具备扎实的工程能力，至少精通一门主流编程语言（Go/Python/TypeScript/Java等），有良好的系统设计与代码质量意识； 5、对LLM与Agent有实践理解，了解Prompt工程、RAG、工具调用、多智能体编排等核心概念，能设计AI与工程系统结合的落地方案。

加分项 1、有AI Coding产品、IDE插件、研发效能平台的从0到1建设经验； 2、有企业资产数据中心、代码语义检索、知识图谱或内部知识库RAG的建设经验； 3、熟悉MCP协议、Agent框架（如LangGraph、AutoGen等）或多智能体编排系统； 4、有组织研发体系AI化改造的经验，理解数万人级研发场景的真实痛点； 5、开源项目贡献者，或在AI/研发效能领域有技术博客、演讲等社区影响力。
