1、负责AI Coding产品的核心模型能力建设，包括代码生成、代码补全、代码理解等场景的模型集成与工程优化； 2、设计并实现基于LLM的Agentic Coding系统，探索Multi-Agent协作在复杂软件工程任务中的应用； 3、与算法、数据、评测团队紧密协作，建立"模型训练→线上部署→用户反馈→数据回流"的迭代闭环，持续提升产品效果； 4、跟踪AI Coding领域前沿进展（如长上下文工程等），快速验证并落地到产品中。

1、计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上软件开发经验，精通Python/C++/Go中至少一门语言，代码工程能力扎实； 3、熟悉大语言模型（LLM）的推理部署与应用开发，有Prompt Engineering或模型集成的实战经验； 4、具备良好的系统设计能力，能独立负责模块级架构设计与落地。
