1、打造字节云AI Native Development引擎：以Spec Coding为主线，贯通PRD→TRD→Coding→评测→集成测试，让需求从一句话到可评审MR全链路AI生产，人工一键合并； 2、构建PB级代码/文档RAG知识库，毫秒级语义检索，支撑Agent生成、补全、Review、UT，生产代码采纳率≥50%； 3、设计异步Agent编排与调度框架，基于事件驱动、云原生弹性扩容，内置MCP/A2A协议，打通多语言、多运行时Agent互操作； 4、推动AI Native最佳实践在真实业务落地，将发布、灰度、监控、回滚策略嵌入Agent决策闭环，经生产验证实现7x24零事故自动交付。

1、计算机本科学历及以上，5年以上高并发平台研发，主导过10k QPS系统并负责容量规划与灰度策略； 2、精通Golang/Python/K8s，能写控制器/Operator，熟悉Bazel、Serverless、事件驱动架构； 3、深入理解LLM应用范式：RAG、Function-Call、Agent编排、RLHF，有生产级落地案例； 4、具备微服务治理与可观测性经验，SLA99、99%，擅长定位CPU/内存/网络综合性能问题； 5、横向沟通与项目管理力强，推动排障并按期交付；质量敏感，学习能力强。

加分项 1、熟悉编译器或静态分析工具（ANTLR/Tree-sitter即可）； 2、在GitHub提交过Agent相关PR，Star>50更佳； 3、热衷AI技术和分享，乐于组内外宣讲新知识； 4、有产品思维，能用数据看板驱动平台迭代。
