团队介绍：抖音AI团队主要负责抖音项目以及团队内的AI落地相关基础建设工作。我们的职责是用前沿的AI技术去赋能抖音应用以及抖音团队。我们希望在AI技术的加持下，能够更好的给抖音用户带来更好的信息消费体验，也能够让抖音这个大型组织能够更加高效的运转，从而更加及时的满足用户的各项诉求。团队主要负责抖音AI基础建设，包括但不限于模型训练、Agent相关的工程链路开发、通用Agent工具抽象以及AI Native的各类产品开发工作。AGI信仰强，以发展成为AI Native组织为目标，努力拓展传统协作模式的职责边界，充分给同学们提供自身探索的空间。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Coding Agent、上下文系统、容器环境、效果评测及观测等AI基建平台的产品迭代与运营，包括用户调研、产品分析与设计、用户体验优化、客户运营等； 2、与研发、设计等团队深度合作，负责产品方案的落地及功能实现，对落地实际效果和客户体验负责； 3、持续关注Coding领域行业趋势和前沿技术，探索AI Coding创新的交互模式与产品形态。

1、本科及以上学历在读，软件工程、计算机、人工智能、电子信息等理工学科背景优先； 2、对上下文、评测及观测、容器环境等Agent Harness工具链有深入理解；熟悉服务端/前端/客户端等软件工程开发链路，能够与研发进行高效沟通、决策和协同，有AI平台、Coding类产品、软件工程经验者优先； 3、需求分析基本功扎实，能从开发者用户视角进行产品分析；具备较强的平台产品设计能力，能够从客户需求与复杂技术链路中抽象出清晰的交互流程与平台能力； 4、具备创新意识，具备较强的好奇心、自驱力和结果导向意识，主动承担有挑战性的任务，推动复杂问题落地。
