1、深入了解办公室运营及团队工作流程，识别知识查询、文档处理、会议协作、行政服务、空间管理等场景中的痛点，评估AI应用价值，制定产品规划与落地优先级； 2、负责AI产品从需求调研、方案设计、原型验证到开发上线、迭代优化的全流程工作，完成需求文档、产品流程和交互设计，对用户体验与落地效果负责； 3、结合大模型、企业知识库、AI智能体（Agent）及工作流自动化等能力，设计可实际使用的解决方案，推动AI与现有办公系统、协作工具及空间智能设备集成，使用AI工具、低代码平台或原型工具搭建最小可行产品，快速验证关键场景，并根据用户反馈持续优化； 4、协调内部研发、业务团队及外部合作伙伴，推进试点验证、产品交付与推广，能够独立承担试点项目或小型项目的管理工作； 5、建立产品效果评估机制，持续跟踪使用率、任务完成质量、节省工时及用户满意度，推动产品融入团队日常工作，形成可复用的解决方案； 6、持续跟踪AI与智能办公领域的技术和产品发展，评估其业务适用性、实施成本及数据安全要求，推动有实际价值的新能力落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、有产品经理或数字化项目相关经验优先，有AI应用、企业服务、办公协作、知识管理或业务流程自动化相关产品落地经验，具备动手实践能力，能够使用AI工具、低代码或自动化平台独立搭建原型并验证方案，具备API集成、SQL或Python等基础能力者优先； 3、理解大模型的能力边界，熟悉提示词设计、企业知识库与检索增强生成（RAG）、AI智能体及工作流自动化等常见应用方式，能够根据业务场景选择合适的方案； 4、具备较强的业务分析和流程设计能力，能将模糊需求转化为明确的产品方案，合理判断哪些环节适合AI辅助、自动化执行或保留人工审核； 5、具备独立推进和管理项目的能力，能够协调业务、研发及外部合作伙伴，平衡产品体验、技术可行性、实施成本与交付进度； 6、具备良好的用户意识和数据意识，关注产品上线后的实际使用与效率改善，了解企业数据权限、隐私保护及AI输出可靠性等基本要求，中文和英文均可作为工作语言。
