1、负责抖音电商运营产品的持续迭代，通过产品化方式支撑电商行业运营工作，提升行业的运营效率及效果； 2、具备AI产品实践和应用能力，能深入业务场景建设运营AI工具，包括Agent、Skills等能力，帮助行业小二处理信息查询、数据分析、策略生成、任务跟进等高频运营问题； 3、熟练使用AI办公及产品工具，能高效完成产品规划、需求调研、产品方案设计和落地推进，持续提升产品能力和使用体验； 4、具备较强的规划和落地执行能力，能与行业、业务、研发等团队紧密协作，推进产品上线和快速迭代，保证核心功能按时、高质量交付； 5、建立AI工具的评测和监控体系，持续跟踪Agent、Skills的运行质量和使用效果，并基于量化指标、评测结果和业务反馈推动产品优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、信息类等理工科专业； 2、有AI/大数据相关课程学习经历优先；有平台型产品、AI产品相关实习经验，熟悉运营平台、CRM系统、电商B端平台等产品优先； 3、好奇心强、学习速度快，偏爱高挑战性业务难题，能快速拆解复杂业务与AI落地场景，自驱力足、有主人翁意识；逻辑清晰、擅长结构化分析，对数据敏感，沟通协作能力优秀，可适配电商高速迭代、多任务并行的工作环境，责任心突出。

加分项： 1、有AI项目实战经历（大模型、AIGC、智能推荐、AI工具等课程/竞赛/个人项目均可）、自主研究电商AI产品，输出过创新思路、行业分析方案。
